Church Governance
The decision-making authority in our church lies in the gathered Church Members' Meeting, which we have at least four times a year.
Together we try prayerfully to discern the mind of Christ for our life together.
We also elect Coordinators for key areas of our congregational life.
And we elect our main Core Leaders. The Core Leaders exercise overall spiritual oversight of the Church, its ministry and mission. They also oversee the pastoral care of the Church.
